I made this list for the first time last summer and shared it with the group I was coaching. As I continue to up-level, I focus on being as consistent as possible with these daily rituals. If I hit 70%, I feel fantastic. Above 90%, and I'm riding transcendent waves. 🌊

Surfs Up! 🏄🏼‍♂️

  1. Eat at least one salad (mostly greens with EVOO, salt, and pepper). 🥗
