SFH #55: My ‘Super’ List
I do these regularly to realize my greatest health 🔥
I made this list for the first time last summer and shared it with the group I was coaching. As I continue to up-level, I focus on being as consistent as possible with these daily rituals. If I hit 70%, I feel fantastic. Above 90%, and I'm riding transcendent waves. 🌊
